4. 2 rounds of minor changes are included with your purchase. Any additional changes will be subject to a $5 fee per change.
5. Once approved, I will begin processing your order. Approval is needed before production can start. If approval isn't given, the order will be canceled.

Our items are made from wood. It is common for pieces to have darker marks/wood grain and wood knots. These are natural and not considered flaws. Please keep in mind when purchasing. The design is laser cut and engraved, therefore it will look the same as the proof you approve. Refunds will not be given for grammatical errors or date error once the final approval has been given. We don’t recommend allowing babies/children chew on the wood pieces.
