To order, please send the recipe photo in a message on my Facebook business page or in an email to Megankohlerdesign@gmail.com. For best results, please take the photo in a well lit room with natural lighting. Overhead lights often create harsh shadows that will effect the quality of engraving. It's best to take the photo directly over the recipe rather than at an angle to make sure it's as flat as possible in the photo. Please message with any questions!
When I receive your image I will get you a proof of the design that I will request your approval on before proceeding with the order.
While we do not offer refunds on custom orders, please contact us if something happens during shipping. On custom orders, please note refunds will not be given for errors in spelling or dates after final approval has been given. Please proof carefully.
